The Koosh Alien Ball Launcher is a hit in my house. I have 2 boys ages 4 and 9 and they both have been enjoying this toy. From the moment we got it home, it was easy to take out of the box and put together. Within 5 to 10 minutes they are playing with it. I did have to explain to my 4 year old to aim the ball launcher down towards the floor to avoid him breaking something or hitting anyone in the face. The balls are soft, but from close range, they can still sting if you hit another child with them. It's a good idea to have extra balls, as they can easily get lost under couches, etc. and if you don't look for them right away, well lets say that right now they are somewhere around the house. Both my boys like to play with toy guns, and I like this toy because it does not have the "gun" look but it still satisfies their desire to lay guns. Overall, both my kids have been enjoying this toy and now it seems I need to get another one so that the boys can play together.
I am always happy when my kids are able to use their imaginations and get hours of play from one toy. I am very happy with the Koosh Galaxy.
My boys can't be the only kids that love to reenact fantasy war games. This toy allows them to feel like they are actually shooting arrows without the risk and potential injury a real bow and arrow set can cause.
From the moment we opened the package, this toy was a blast.
I love the creativity of the assembly instructions - an easy to follow comic that even the kids can follow. It fires really far, is easy to use, and provides a lot of fun. I like that you can buy replacement balls for the inevitable lost originals.
The only problem we had was, there was only one toy and 3 boys!
I see this toy being a permanent favourite in our home.
