• Evaluators – We are committed to finding trustworthy evaluators and continue to work hard to build up our large database to ensure that we have the appropriate parents evaluating products you submit.  Our team follows up with each evaluator to make sure they are using the product, understand the product and submit thorough online evaluations in a timely fashion.

• Evaluation Process – PTPA Media’s seal of approval is credible evidence that your product has won parents approval.  Our detailed analysis of your product and the market research that we gain from our evaluators helps us to genuinely determine if a product should win the PTPA Media Award. We do not take this task lightly. No submission is guaranteed to win, PTPA Media encourages you to carefully select and test your samples before submitting them. 

• Recognition - The PTPA Media Seal of approval is recognized as a leader in the industry for consumers looking to purchase the best Parent Tested Parent Approved products. Should your product win the PTPA Media Awards, you will have the opportunity to license the Seal of Approval which is credible evidence of your products excellence. This seal can be used to promote that your product stands out above those of your competitors. The license is for the lifetime of the product and is a testament to the fact that your product has been Parent Tested and Parent Approved.

• Customer Service – PTPA Media is here for you from the time you submit your product to throughout the campaign and on.  We work hard to promote winning products and to support you if your product does not win.  Our team is always available by phone, email or online.

• Shipping Costs – All submitted products come to our head office where we match the products with appropriate evaluators before shipping them out to each reviewer.

How do you become a PTPA Media Winner?

Products are reviewed by four randomly selected parents or professionals as well as the team at PTPA Media Inc. Evaluators are required to complete a detailed evaluation form that includes a rating system and valuable feedback including likes, dislikes and suggested enhancements (if any).
