The toxins from deicer can seep into the ground water supply, so if there’s a product that’s non-toxic and just as effective why wouldn’t you use it instead??

standard salt-ice-melt scratches floor surfaces, this product is more fine and less likely to damage floors!

I love Ecotraction. I trust it to keep my pups safe and healthy. I guess it helps people stay safe too, but the dogs are most important. :)

I know that traditional road salt is harmful to dogs…if they lick their feet and it hurts their feet when they walk on it.

You shouldn’t use a toxic de-icer or melter because it can be harmful to children if accidentally ingested.

Since I have kids and a dog that get into everything, I’m happy Ecotraction is natural and if accidentally ingested, it won’t be harmful. I sent my hubby to buy it at Home Depot, but he didn’t find it….
