“The Baby’s Room layout was clean, bright, spacious and very cosmetically appealing – almost felt like a baby boutique. The signage was nice to look at, consistent, very large and clearly marking the different sections of the department making it easy to browse and find exactly the products you were looking for. I enjoyed a pleasant shopping experience at The Baby’s Room at Sears and was wowed by their extensive makeover. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I loved the clean, open feeling of the department and it felt very boutiquey. There were many displays showcasing the products, everything from cribs and bedding to car seats and strollers so you could try before you buy. The product selection was very large offering everything you need for your baby in neat, easy to find sections with nice big signs so you didn’t waste time looking. The stroller display was large and beautifully laid out – I loved how they were organized by style and how easy it was to try them out by simply moving them out – with no problem at all – into the large aisles to take it for a spin. My overall impression was WOW as I have shopped in this department many times over the years and it has clearly had a massive makeover!”

New and expectant Canadian moms will get the ultimate introduction to the latest design ideas, product innovations and safety tips with Sears Canada’s The Baby’s Room. With merchandised nursery room settings, a massive 30 foot car seat wall, stroller bays with special security tags that let you “test drive” each stroller – Sears has revamped its entire baby area with the customer and her shopping necessities in mind. And to ensure parents are getting the knowledgeable advice they deserve, all Baby’s Room associates have been “baby trained” on the products offered.
