I grew up on Sesame Street, not really but wouldn’t that be a cool place to be when you’re little! I did watch the show and have fond memories of it growing up. I remember Sesame Street being my go-to show after lunch during the Kindergarten days. I was one of those kids who got to go home for lunch so it gave me a chance to watch it at my babysitters house. Those fun, fictional characters I grew up with are now helping educate and entertain my own kids! They have been Sesame Street fans since they were old enough to enjoy preschool shows on TV! I like Sesame Street because its not just a kids show, its a memory for many of us parents too. It’s learning, it’s fun and it’s characters are loved by everyone!

One character in particular has always been a favourite of my kids, our furry red friend Elmo! Elmo represents today’s preschooler with his excited personality and curious ways. Always there to help a friend, he is never mean, always caring and learning along the way.

One of our daughter’s first toys when she was younger was the original “tickle me Elmo” toy. She loved that Elmo, always hugging it. I remember it being quiet in her room and suddenly you’d hear Elmo start laughing, my daughter laughing along with him. Elmo has come a long way since then with various kinds of laughing toys, the newest being the PTPA winning PlaySkool LOL Elmo!

Elmo loves a fun, silly gigglefest and so will your preschooler, everyone will be LOLing with LOL Elmo! He laughs, he tells jokes and comes with his very own goldfish, Dorothy! His fur is super soft and he is the perfect size for little hands to hug. He looks exactly how Elmo should! His voice isn’t too loud, unlike one Elmo in particular we had in the past who sounded as if he was yelling all the time. This one I find quieter, fun and friendly. A great gift for toddlers, preschools and up this holiday season!

Our little guy is four and still very much into shows like Sesame Street and Elmo’s World. When he was introduced to the new LOL Elmo he said “I’m so HAPPY” and wanted to open it up right away. He thought Elmo’s laugh was just great especially when he really had him laughing. He’s made quite the buddy of LOL Elmo since we took hi m out of the box, you can say he definitely is a hit in our house!
