Gummies that is..

I cannot tell you how excited I am that this product is on the market. Gone are the days of fighting with your kids to take those gross chalky chewables (you all know the kind I’m talking about!).

My boys think that these are candy, which makes it super easy to insure they take their vitamins each day. Check out this handsome face below.. this is the face of a 10 year old who really loves his Iron Kids Fibre Gummies.

Iron Kids Fibre Gummies are a pectin based gummy and  guaranteed dairy, gluten and nut free. They do not contain artificial sweeteners, colors or flavours . IronKids Fibre Gummies are licensed and approved by Health Canada.

The fact that they are gluten free makes me super happy. I have recently had to switch my diet to gluten free and it is good knowing that I can have the adult version of these and not have to worry about a headache 15 minutes later.

Directions for Use (taken from website): Children and adolescents 6-13 years of age chew up to 2 gummies daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.  Adolescents 14-17 years of age chew up to 4 gummies daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

You can find Iron Kids Fibre Gummies in most major Canadian retailers and GNC in the USA. If online shopping is your thing, fear not, you can buy them online too :)

I must admit that I am a little jealous that these delicious vitamins  are on the market, where were they when I was little?

Have your kids tried these vitamins yet? how do they like them?

certainly like your web-site but you have to check
the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling
problems and I find it very bothersome to tell the reality on the other hand I’ll definitely come again again.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to
my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put
the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to
tell someone!
