What do I do to keep fit? Move. Walk, run, I have three kids, so I have no problem staying “active”. That is whenever I have the energy, lol.
Great prize. I try to walk every day to stay fit and running after a toddler

I played hockey and volleyball last year, but have a minor medical concern this year so need to keep things a bit more light this year.
I count calories & stay active by hiking, swimming, playing at the park with my kids.

I love to walk or ride bike when the weather is nice. Otherwise I like to do workout dvd’s in my home.
I do Les Mills Pump – an at home weight training program.
I walk my kids to school and mini trampoline and treadmill
I just started baby and me aquafit!
I try to walk everyday, but if not I get a work out by chasing my 14mnth around!
I kickbox 3 days a week and sneak in a zumba class when I can!
