Hi, nice to meet you! My name is Laura, and I’m super excited to join PTPA’s panel of fabulous blogaholics.

I’m originally from Toronto, and I currently live in St. John’s, Newfoundland with my husband, my one year old daughter, and my dog, who frequently confuses the baby’s toys for his own (or so he claims).

I could talk about baby/kids products all day long. No, seriously. If you let me, I will. My husband is getting really bored of hearing about why one stroller’s folding mechanism is better than another’s and about my sippy cup selection criteria. So for my husband’s sanity, I’m excited to have another outlet.

My other interests include hiking, painting, traveling, list-making, coffee-drinking, getting good deals on groceries, and pretending to be domesticated.  I am constantly on the look-out for “healthy” dessert recipes, so if you know any, feel free to share!

Since becoming a mom, I have quickly realized the importance of having great quality children’s products.  There are so many products on the market, it can sometimes be hard to decide where to spend your hard-earned money. I really appreciate and admire PTPA for helping busy parents to choose products that their kids will love, and I am so looking forward to being part of the PTPA Blogaholics community.
