According to the article, these games requires your child to have focus, a working memory (to remember the rules of the game) and maintain self-control, all skills they will need to succeed in school. They also found that kids who do well with games … Continue reading

These comments were actually said to me either during my first pregnancy or my second with twins – no joke! 1. Stop sticking out your tummy. 2. You know, you don’t have to eat for two now. 3. You’re not going to get fat, are you? 4. Twins?! I would NOT want to be you right now! 5. Twins? So you’re killing two birds with … Continue reading

All 4 of our babies had Cradle Cap you might be asking, what is Cradle Cap? Here is how Wikipedia describes Cradle Cap: (infantile or neonatal seborrhoeic dermatitis, also known as crusta lactea, milk crust, honeycomb disease) is a yellowish, patchy, greasy, scaly and crusty skin rash that occurs on the scalp of recently born babies. It is usually not itchy, and does not bother the baby. It’s not harmful, it happens to more babies then not. It’s got nothing to do with hygiene or cleanliness. I have followed & tried all the old wives tales & tips grandparents are sharing with the modern parent. … Continue reading
