Hi! I’m Lisa Marie. I’m new to the PTPA Blogaholic community and thought I’d take a minute to introduce myself.

I live in Ontario, Canada – just east of Toronto. I am a wife of a hardworking golf-industry man, and a mother to 3 boys, ages 7, 6, and 4. It’s a fun, exciting, daily whirlwind of energy and excitement around here. We are also a homeschooling family, which means that we spend our days learning together in fun and creative ways – like wrapping me up in toilet paper while we learned about mummies! (ha!)

When I’m not teaching kids, cleaning the house, madly typing up blog posts for both my personal blog, Learning Titus 2, and my resource blog for homeschooling families in Canada, The Canadian Homeschooler, I’m usually somewhere close to my computer – typically chatting on Facebook or playing online games.

I’m currently a part-time continuing ed student at my local community college, chipping away slowly at a web design certificate. For creative fun, I have started taking up crocheting (thanks to the power of YouTube tutorials). It’s coming along, but I’m far from anything but a beginner! I used to love scrapbooking (and still do deep down), but since having kids, I just haven’t had time! Funny, that.

I’m very excited to be a part of the PTPA Blogaholic team.  When my friend told me about PTPA a while ago, I’d never heard of them before. Suddenly, I’m seeing their approval stamps everywhere! Now that I see them, I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief in knowing mamas just like me have agreed that the product I’m looking at is great. I feel confident that the product is worth my money.

I’ve been a blogger for a long time, and a computer junkie long before then. I hope that my posts here will be fun, insightful, and most importantly, honest. I look forward to sharing my view of life as a homeschooler, and as a mom of boys.
