The Endorsement Parents Look For

Go ahead and comment! Our bloggers want to hear from you.

Lately, Smookie-Girl has really been into baking and crafting! Every other day, she’s asking to make some type of treat – and I’ve gained 3lbs BEFORE Christmas just obliging her! The last treat we made was cake pops in my new cake pop maker {Merry Christmas to me, love: Me!!!}!

But today, she hauled out her craft bin and asked for “crafty time”. We made Popsicle Stick Reindeers.

To make this craft – you’ll need:

5 popsicle sticks

1 x 3/4″ pompom (colour of choice)

2 googly eyes

2 triangles cut from felt (one large and one small)

hot glue and hot glue gun

First, you lay out two popsicle sticks to match up with the edges of your large triangle of felt. Glue the tips together to make a point.

Then glue a third popsicle stick across the “V” to make a triangle.

Glue on two more popsicle sticks to finish off the antlers…

Glue on your large triangle of felt and trim up and edges, then glue on the ears and then the blaze (the small felt triangle).

Then the googly eyes and the pompom…And finally, a loop on the back so that you can hang it on the tree!

And you get THIS:

Which when put on a tree, can look like THIS!
