If you’re like me, the thought of making New Year’s resolutions isn’t very appealing. In the past, I used to come up with some pretty lofty goals, only to leave them by the wayside two weeks later. So, a few years ago I resolved not to make resolutions… Continue reading
Like most people, with the New Year upon us I’m thinking about how I’d like my life to change over the course of the next 12 months. I like setting goals, sure. But I’m easily side-tracked, de-railed and discouraged – so goal setting has always been kinda useless for me. I’m the type that if I wanna do it, I’ll just do it until it’s done. I took the opportunity to spill the beans about Santa to him last June. The timing was good since absolutely no one was talking about Mr. Claus. My son was shocked, but generally it went over well. I positioned it in a way that he felt a … Continue reading

I shared this post on my personal blog and I feel the message is too important not to share with my fellow PTPA readers. I know a Mom when I hear one. Heck I am one. I hate to sound like one, but I feel it is important to advocate during the holiday season. Please, please, PUH-LEASE! If you are going to drink during the holiday season, please do so responsibly.
