Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes

Now that I have your FULL attention…. I would like to advise you all that…. Only kidding I would never start a post with such a title and be made a liar!

Last night I decided to make Cupcakes, while my husband watched the “horrible, horrible, horrible” hockey game I played house wife {Best Gig going if you ask me}. I Baked Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes and think they are probably my new favorite dessert of all time. Not only do they taste golden but they are easy to make. I think I will be tucking this recipe in the back of my mind when the d-day comes and baby arrives. So many new mom’s out there dont have time to cook or bake after the baby is born, but not me, I have this recipe – so if anything come September all my house will be consuming is Oreo Cheesecake Cupcakes . I foresee NO COMPLAINTS!

Even though my baby still has another good 4 months of baking to do, I feel like I am already a mother. Due with our first, in September 2011, my husband and I couldn't be more ready... and by that I mean we have no idea what's ahead of us and frankly we can't wait. 27 years young, married for 2 years and just about to embark on what life is all about. Crying Babies, Poopy Diapers and Snotty Noses... I cannot be more excited, and seeings as my career of choice in Grade 3 was a Mother - I was born for this roll!
