I found the portion sizes to be quite generous, allowing me to share most meals with my hubby. I also found that it helped me follow the food guidelines. While I attempt to fit in 7-10 servings of fruits and veggies on my own, I’m not always successful.
With the premium choice program, you can log on to your account and choose from a variety of meals and customize your menu. You get three meals and two snacks delivered daily. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey. But, considering how good the meals are, how convenient it is and how effective the program is at weight loss it’s justifiable. Or for a more cost-effective option there’s the chef’s choice program where you can specify up to 8 dislikes and you’ll still receive three meals and two snacks but won’t get to choose your meals.
