french-toast1-300x200 The Fresh Diet - Too good to be dietHow does mango stuffed honey wheat French toast with raspberries and banana ricotta cheese sound for breakfast?  Scrumptious right?

Follow it up with thyme-infused chicken salad with arugula, orange segments, strawberries and blueberry vinaigrette. Mmmmmmm…

Throw in some charred lamb loins on whole wheat crostini with oven roasted tomatoes as an hors d’eouvre and Greek-style meatballs with feta cheese, along with a side of roasted bell peppers and roasted sweet potato for dinner.

And finally, top it off with some cherry vanilla cheesecake.

Sounds heavenly, doesn’t it? And what if I told you this food could help you lose weight and you wouldn’t even have to lift a finger in the kitchen? Sound too good to be true?

Well it isn’t. This is a typical day on The Fresh Diet, making it a PTPA winner!

I had the absolute pleasure of testing this great meal delivery service and fell in love instantly. The food was delicious, it was delivered to my front door in the wee hours of the morning and ready to go when I woke up, and best of all the meals were healthy. I ate cheesecake – guilt-free.

The Fresh Diet’s dishes are portioned and balanced to maximize your energy and help you achieve or maintain a healthy weight.

I can honestly say that I felt like a celebrity with a personal chef who made me tasty, healthy meals daily. Hey, celebrities shouldn’t get to have all the fun right?

As a new, tired and busy mom this was just what I needed to get my energy levels up and give me some extra time during the day to focus on things other than cooking and cleaning. This is a great gift for any new parents out there who are too busy to cook.

It’s also a perfect option for professionals who work long hours and are sick of ordering in fast food at the office. It’s a perfect way to get in a good, balanced diet.

I found the portion sizes to be quite generous, allowing me to share most meals with my hubby. I also found that it helped me follow the food guidelines. While I attempt to fit in 7-10 servings of fruits and veggies on my own, I’m not always successful.

meals-300x199 The Fresh Diet - Too good to be dietWith the premium choice program, you can log on to your account and choose from a variety of meals and customize your menu. You get three meals and two snacks delivered daily. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey. But, considering how good the meals are, how convenient it is and how effective the program is at weight loss it’s justifiable. Or for a more cost-effective option there’s the chef’s choice program where you can specify up to 8 dislikes and you’ll still receive three meals and two snacks but won’t get to choose your meals.

If you want to see what they’re all about, join their Facebook page (The Fresh Diet) or follow them on Twitter (@FreshDiet) and participate in their contests. They’re always hosting giveaways and offering special rates to their fans. If you’re lucky, you might even be one of their daily random winners and receive three free days on The Fresh Diet.

So whether you’re too busy to cook, have a few extra pounds to shed, or just want great tasting meals, The Fresh Diet is at your service.ptpaseal2-150x150 The Fresh Diet - Too good to be diet

It’s great. It has to be the easiest ‘diet’ out there! Hands down.
