I have recently started reading The Kitchen House by fellow Canadian, Kathleen Grissom; it is our book club selection for the month of June. It is hard to believe that this is a first novel. I have found it to be a fast-paced, heart stopping and thought-provoking look at life on a tobacco plantation in the 1700′s. Creating a baby registry can be overwhelming and stressful for a new Mom. IT’S MY FIRST POST!!! To celebrate my new blog I thought I’d share one of our most favorite summer time desserts! This delicious custard is sweet with a hint of sour to compliment the raspberries!
