I first thought the lip on the tray would be more flexible and more silicone-ish. I also thought my son would mind the lip or look like it was in his way. It was not! It actually sat where it should where most of the food would spill. The lip is narrow enough not to limit the baby's arm reach. My son loved the fact that he was with us, I loved the fact that I could pick up the tray to the kitchen and because it wasn't as bulky as a normal highchair, I could easily fit it in the sink to clean. After living with it in a week, I cannot live without it!

The Tidy Table Tray + Flxi-Diner is an excellent tool to bring the entire family to the table at mealtimes. My daughter was so excited to use it and really enjoys sitting at the table with us. The mess she leaves behind after meals is now minimal as the Flexi-Tray catches it (unless she's throwing some of it). Super easy to us, just clip onto the table and you're set. I really like that we can just throw it into the car and take it to restaurants or other people's houses and have our daughter sitting at the table with us rather than behind us. Great product!
