Baby Butz is a great diaper cream! While thick, it's creamy too...so it's easy to spread. The smell is very natural (more so than I thought it would be) but you can't beat it's effectiveness as a barrier!

We really liked Baby Butz diaper rash cream. It had a high zinc percentage (30%) which helps combat diaper rash more effectively and faster. It smelled nice and is an all natural product. It is very thick so it stayed on our newborn even after she peed and pooed a lot. It made us feel as if it was constantly protecting her sensitive tushie. I would definitely recommend this product.
